Not everyone is blessed with a big yard, great soil, ample space, and a good southern exposure for a dream garden. Vertical gardening adds a whole new dimension to your garden and opens new opportunities to grow. Vertical gardening is great for small yards, but even those with lots of space can enjoy the advantages of growing plants up rather than out.
This workshop will be lead by Penn State Extension Master Gardeners: Alyssa Schimmel and Rania Campbell-Bussiere of Cloud 9 Rooftop Farm. This workshop is being hosted by the Fishtown Library and is free and open to the public.
